Auto Media Portal: Knowledge Available Around the Clock Instead of a Periodical

Starting today, the Authors' Union for Mobility is consolidating its media outlets under its core brand, “Auto-Medienportal.” The network of freelance trade journalists is bringing its existing publications together under one umbrella to expand its offerings as a reliable source for newsrooms and freelance journalists, while at the same time opening up more to industry representatives and interested trade readers.

All editorial content remains freely accessible. Registration is required only to download text, photos, and videos. Licensing fees apply only to the reprinting or reproduction of articles explicitly marked as exclusive. Currently, approximately two million readers use the service each month. Four out of five visitors access the site directly rather than via search engines.

Each month, approximately 2.5 million articles are viewed or downloaded; 3.5 million photos and about 40,000 videos are downloaded. (aum)
