Dual leadership at Toyota
Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) announced today in Tokyo that the company plans to appoint Kenta Kon, the current Operating Officer, as Chief Executive Officer effective April 1, 2026 at the 122nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Koji Sato, President and Member of the Board of Directors, will assume the position of Vice Chairman and the newly created position of Chief Industry Officer (CIO). (aum)
