Stellantis closes 2025 as the second largest manufacturer in Europe

With 2,421,571 new registrations (passenger cars and light commercial vehicles) in 2025, Stellantis has maintained its second place among manufacturers in the European market. The multi-brand group holds the top position in the hybrid segment with a 15% market share and attributes this to the successful launch of important models such as the Citroën C3, C3 Aircross and C5 Aircross, Fiat Grande Panda, Jeep Compass and the new Opel/Vauxhall Frontera.

Stellantis is also ahead in the light commercial vehicle segment with a market share of 28.6%, with the Fiat Ducato continuing to be the best-selling model. The same applies to the compact van family, consisting of the Citroën Berlingo, Fiat Professional Doblò, Opel/Vauxhall Combo and Peugeot Partner/Rifter, which achieved a market share of 49.3 percent in their segment.
