The Porsche Cayenne Electric will have its world premiere at the end of the year. However, the Swabians are already showing a glimpse of the newly designed cockpit and a preview of the interior of the future. The centerpiece is the so-called "Flow Display", a curved OLED panel that is seamlessly integrated into the center console. Together with other screens, it forms the largest digital display surface ever installed in a Porsche. The concept is complemented by an 87-inch head-up display with augmented reality function and an optional passenger display.
In addition to digitalization, Porsche is also focusing on noticeably more comfort: an electrically adjustable rear seat system, surface heating and new "Mood Modes", which orchestrate climate, light and sound, are intended to turn the interior of the first all-electric Cayenne into an experience space. The panoramic sunroof with switchable liquid crystal film enhances the airy impression of space.
The customization options also reach a new level: 13 interior combinations, new colour worlds such as lavender or sage grey and a Race-Tex interior with Pepita option open up almost unlimited scope for design. The digital concept is rounded off by the AI-supported voice assistant "Voice Pilot" and the Porsche Digital Key, which turns smartphones and smartwatches into vehicle keys. (aum)
