Subaru builds the most reliable cars. The US consumer organization "Consumer Reports" has once again come to this conclusion. More than 300,000 owners of vehicles from model years 2000 to early 2025 were surveyed and asked to rate the reliability and durability of their car based on 20 typical problem areas - from minor annoyances such as squeaky brakes and defective interior trim to expensive defects in the engine, transmission or EV battery. Subaru is at the top of the list of 22 manufacturers.

The low defect rate is accompanied by high customer satisfaction at the dealership: Subaru is also at the top of J.D. Power's US Customer Service Index (CSI). For the analysis, which was carried out for the 45th time, vehicle owners were asked about their satisfaction with their dealership and the authorized workshop. (aum)
