MG - the name is attractive. While many Chinese manufacturers do not have an easy time on the German market, the brand is the most successful from the Middle Kingdom in this country. In the first nine months of the year, the company recorded 16,734 new registrations in Germany. This is 12.5 percent more than in the same period last year. The lion's share is accounted for by the MG 4 Electric. MG has now achieved an overall market share of almost five percent for electric cars.
Since entering the market three years ago, the Chinese brand with the traditional British name has sold around 57,500 cars in Germany. (aum)
