In addition to a control app for the Primastar Seaside, Nissan will be presenting the new Interstar with a flexible camping module from Plug Van at the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf, Germany (30.8.-8.9.). Thanks to this solution, the panel van can be used as a workshop van or as a transporter for tradesmen during the week, for example. Castors under the modules make it easier to change.
The Plug Van living module offers a bed for two people as well as numerous compartments and fabric pockets for storing pots, dishes and clothes. The kitchen block is height-adjustable and has an integrated sink. Several water connections are installed in the module, which are suitable for washing dishes or washing dirty shoes outside at the rear, for example. The tanks for fresh water and waste water each hold 43 liters. There are also numerous individually configurable equipment features, including a separate bathroom module, a cool box, a larger additional battery and a solar module. The color of the seat upholstery and the wood finish can be selected. The interior lighting consists of LEDs. (aum)
