Peugeot is clearly riding a wave of success with the 3008. Just two months after its market launch, 50,000 orders have already been placed across Europe. A quarter of these are for the E-3008 and a large proportion for the top-of-the-range GT version. The compact fastback SUV is currently available in two drive variants in Germany: as a fully electric version with a 157 kW (210 PS) engine and as a mild hybrid 136 e-DCS6. It will soon be joined by the plug-in hybrid 195 e-DSC7.
The WLTP range of the fully electric E-3008 will increase to a record-breaking 680 kilometers with the forthcoming version with dual electric motor (all-wheel drive) and 240 kW (230 PS) as well as the long-range version with 170 kW (230 PS).
