Preview: A junior and a dog-year-old

Technically, not much has changed, but visually everything is as good as new: Dacia has thoroughly overhauled the Spring and given it a new price tag. The small electric car remains the cheapest electric car on the European market - and the punitive tariffs are unlikely to change that. Our author Hans-Robert Richarz was there when journalists were able to gain their first experience with the new Alfa Romeo Junior Elettrica 280 on a strictly cordoned-off test track in Balocco, not far from Milan. At its presentation in April, the car was still called Milano, but four days later it was renamed under pressure from Italy's neo-fascist government.

It will be interesting to see whether the time has come again for a bargain or two after the overproduction in the motorhome industry.
