Bridgestone expands Burgos
Bridgestone will invest up to 207 million euros in its Spanish plant in Burgos over the next few years. Among other things, the capacity for the production of high rim diameter (HRD) tires from 18 inches upwards is to be increased to more than seven million. In addition, this conversion will make the Burgos plant one of Bridgestone's largest production facilities for van tires in Europe. (aum)
