German e-bike specialist Riese & Müller is launching a new entry-level cargo bike model in May. The compact Carrie with 20-inch tires is equipped with a 45-centimeter-long and 30-centimeter-wide basic box as standard. It can be optionally equipped with a fold-out Flexibox as well as up to two child seats and weather protection. The Touring model is available with ten-speed derailleur gears and the Vario with continuously variable hub gears and belt drive. Both pedelecs have a Bosch motor and a 545 watt-hour battery. A larger battery is also available on request. The price list starts at 5799 euros. (aum)
